Position OverviewExpress Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for a Machine Operator opening in Pine City, MN . This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning mechanical processes, and contributing to a fast‑paced production environment.
Pay & ScheduleHourly Pay: $20–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
Location: Pine City, MN Weekly Pay

Production Assembly — Assist with assembling components according to specifications.
Machine Operation — Operate production machinery safely after training.
Material Handling — Load, move, and stage materials for production lines.
Quality Inspection — Inspect parts for accuracy, defects, and proper fit.
Workplace Safety — Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Manufacturing Experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for full shifts
Comfortable working in a production environment
Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Reliable attendance and willingness to learn General Labor Qualifications
