Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment in planning for safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
• Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Emergency Room nursing.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and leadership skills.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
