Sample Management Team DriverThis is an excellent position for those who wish to seek a part-time position in a fun and engaging work environment, working with an amazing team that aims to build bridges of partnership with our clients. ARL is looking for a highly motivated, meticulous, and savvy driver with an excellent driving record to join our amazing Sample Management Team. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure is an absolute requirement. A great personality, positive attitude, and ability to work and communicate well with others are a must. Data entry, basic math, interpretive, and analytical skills are helpful. ARL's Sample Management Team must demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism. Expected hours are 10:30 am to 3:30 pm every Tuesday and Friday.Job ResponsibilitiesEssential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Serve as a professional customer representative for ARLFollow assigned pickup and delivery routesFollow traffic regulations and ARL policies and procedures in performing dutiesAssist with sample management whenever necessaryPerform general data inputPick up samples from clients between approximately 10:30 am and 3:30 pmPrepare and ship all daily packages requiring laboratory testing on-timeJob Expectations and RequirementsMust have earned High School DiplomaFluency in EnglishTechnical CompetenciesValid Driver's licenseGood driving recordPunctualityComply with ARL HR, safety, and timekeeping policies and proceduresComply with confidentiality and non-disclosure expectations and agreementsAbility to work in GMP/GLP environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBe able to dress, communicate, and represent ARL professionallyAn excellent ability to keep calm under pressure and stay focused to successfully fulfill responsibilitiesAbility to skillfully adapt to changing demandsAbility to communicate effectively, eloquently, and diplomatically with diverse clients and team membersAbility to work efficiently and independently and with a teamAbility to lift approximately 50 lbsReport job and customer conditions and inquiries immediately to managerAbout ARLAnalytical Resource Laboratories LLC is a third-party quality testing laboratory in the food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and pharmaceutical industry.
