Job Title

Computerized Tomography Technologist

Bakersfield, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | Scattered shifts Monday–Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
• Perform general radiography procedures as needed
• Perform fluoroscopy procedures as applicable
• Support accurate and timely imaging to assist in the diagnosis of medical conditions

Required Qualifications

• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)
• Active Radiologic Technologist (RT) state license in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Fluoroscopy license in California (required if operating fluoroscopy equipment)
• Venipuncture certification in California (required if performing venipuncture to administer contrast materials)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
• Advanced certification in CT modality
