Your leadership will set the tone for the team, and you'll uphold our high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness each day. Key Responsibilities Ensure the team provides outstanding service and guest satisfaction. Recruit, train, and mentor team members. Utilize AES Systems to operate a successful restaurant consistently. Implement key controls for cash and inventory management. Set and achieve ambitious goals for service, operations, and financial performance.
