Estate Planning Attorney

The Estate Planning Attorney will provide legal counsel and develop customized estate planning solutions for clients, including wills, trusts, estate administration, special needs planning, and related wealth preservation matters. The role requires strong client communication skills and the ability to manage matters from consultation through document preparation and execution. Responsibilities: Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents. Advise clients on estate planning, asset protection, wealth preservation, and related legal matters. Handle estate and probate administration matters and guide clients through the administration process. Develop customized planning strategies, including special needs planning and complex family or asset structures. Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing estate plan reviews and updates. Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Hands-on experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, and/or estate administration. Experience drafting and reviewing estate planning documents. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with complex trusts, asset protection, or wealth planning.
