Creative Brand Ambassador - Children's Store

Summary Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor of a children's store. Drive individual and store sales goals through product knowledge, styling, and use of key tools while maintaining high visual and operational standards. Act as an entry-level brand representative supporting store operations and the customer journey. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and personalized styling assistance, including in fitting rooms. Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and contribute to store sales plans. Support floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing tasks and other operational activities. Maintain store visual standards and uphold company policies and store presentation. Engage customers with loyalty/connect programs and educate them on store initiatives and offerings. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships. Ability to stand, walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.; able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
