Dispatch and HDM Customer Service Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:Primary point of contract for Home Delivered Meals (HDM) by driver pool of 50+ individuals. Ensure prompt answering of telephones and emails from Clients and drivers to ensure coordination and delivery of meals. Interact with customers to provide information via e-mail and telephone.What You Will Be Doing:Resolve customers' service or delivery issues, work with clients and drivers.Communicate with internal team members to solve problems.Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers.Follow CFF protocols and guidelines.Communicate with clients by telephone and in person to provide information regarding services, address inquiries, and manage meal schedules, including creating, suspending, and terminating services as needed.Gather and document details related to client concerns and complaints to ensure timely resolution.Assisting clients by phone while coordinating with drivers and internal teams, while maintaining patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service.Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.Enter customer relationship management data into internal system.Other duties as assigned to support the Customer Service Team.What You Will Bring:Must speak Cape Verdean Creole fluently required.Must speak, read, and write English fluently required.Must speak Spanish fluently desired.Demonstrate good communication skills.Demonstrate strong multitasking skills.Problem solving skills.Experience working with customers.Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.At least one-year related experience required.Current Clerical and Office Management/or compensation credentials or certification preferred.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.On your feet for extended periods of time.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Must be able to multi-task.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementCity Fresh Foods, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
