As a locally owned business since 1946, we pride ourselves on offering a diverse range of products, from top brands in apparel to custom automotive parts and the state's largest selection of toys and sporting goods. Customer Service Proactively assist customers and ensure they receive top-notch service Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain excellent product knowledge Store Operations Maintain a positive and safe work environment for all associates Manage inventory levels, ensure compliance with policies, and monitor store profitability Oversee merchandise stocking, maintenance, and cleanliness Store Support Operations Implement Store Support programs and ensure successful audits Assist with special projects as directed by the General Manager Hiring and Training of Associates Recruit, train, and develop associates for career advancement Support the hiring, scheduling, and coaching of all store associates Pay: $20.00 / hour Full-time position with benefits including paid time off, health insurance, employee discounts, and more Opportunity for growth in a community-oriented and active work environment Location: The General Store Outpost / Ace Hardware 1425 N.
