Overview Senior Technical Recruiter @ TSR Consulting Services | IT & Pharma Recruitment Job Title: Sr. Manager, US Medical Location: 3401 Princeton Pike, Lawrence NJ 08648 Pay Rate: $65-$70/hr Position Summary We are seeking a Sr. Manager, US Medical to support the US AML & MF Lead and contribute to Medical Affairs strategy execution . This role involves supporting medical training, advisory boards, KOL meetings, congress activities, and other medical-led initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide scientific input into disease strategy and medical plans. Support BMS-sponsored clinical trials and ISRs in the US portfolio. Assist with scientific communication within the AML community and TL engagement plans. Plan and execute advisory boards, congress activities, and symposia. Gather and summarize field medical insights for leadership. Support development of medical content and publication strategy. Required Education Advanced scientific degree (PharmD and/or PhD required). Qualifications & Experience 2+ years in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Field Medical, Clinical Practice, or Translational Research (Hematology/Oncology preferred). Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Experience in translating clinical data into actionable strategies.
