LPN/LVN ProfessionThis position requires a dedicated LPN/LVN with Med Surg experience. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting in daily living activities. The LPN/LVN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with patients and team members.
