Plant Finance Manager- Marshall, MO

We're partnering with a leading consumer packaged goods company to find a Plant Finance Manager who will serve as a true strategic business partner across two manufacturing facilities in Missouri.

This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and wants a seat at the table where decisions get made.

Compensation & Benefits:
Budget for this role is between $120,000-$150,000 base salary with eligibility to earn a bonus. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits along with PTO and paid holidays are offered as well. 

Responsibilities: 

• Multi-site financial oversight across two manufacturing plants in Marshall and Macon, MO

• Annual operating plan, strategic planning, and monthly forecasting

• Month/quarter end close and forward-looking insights for operations leadership

• Team leadership — recruiting, developing, and coaching finance staff

• Metrics, scorecards, and financial modeling across product development, pricing, and supply chain

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred)

• 7+ years of finance/accounting experience with team management background

• Cost accounting and P&L management expertise

• Cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to translate numbers into action

• SAP or similar ERP experience a plus

• Full-time onsite in Marshall, Missouri
