Orthopedics - Spine Physician Assistant

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Thursday (occasional Friday as needed).
• Hours: Consistent 8 9 hours per day.
• NO CALL: No weekends, no nights, and no holiday coverage.
• Setting: Split responsibilities between the Operating Room (OR) and Outpatient Clinic.
• Duration: Initially posted as an 8-week need, but this is an ongoing position until a full-time hire is secured.

• Important Note: The client WILL NOT consider 2 week on/2 week off rotations due to the continuous nature of spine care involved .

• OR Coverage (1 2 days/week): Assisting with surgical procedures, primarily minimally invasive spine cases. Some total joint support and potential exposure to scoliosis cases.
• Clinic Coverage: Managing a panel of patients for general musculoskeletal, spine, and occasional total joint support.

• Credential: FNP or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Experience: Strong experience in Orthopedics and/or Spine surgery is essential.
• Proficiency: Must be comfortable and experienced in both OR and Clinic settings, especially with minimally invasive spine procedures.
• Schedule Preference: Values a steady, no-call schedule.

• Licensure: Active Minnesota (MN) license is preferred, but candidates eligible for MN licensure will be considered.
• Start Date: Seeking coverage starting Late December or Early January.
• Process: Standard verification and vetting required before a Zoom/Teams call. Facility may support credentialing via proxy.
