Job Summary
Position Summary
The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Lead .NET Developer) will be responsible for developing and enhancing applications using functional and detailed design specifications. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within scope, timeline, and budget, while following establisheddevelopmentand quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications following standard processes and quality guidelines
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Analyze system requirements and apply architectural and design principles
- Perform code reviews to ensure compliance withdevelopmentstandards
- Follow coding, build, and deployment best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results efficiently
- Support Agile processes and contribute to SCRUM ceremonies
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
- Participate in special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in softwaredevelopment, including design,development, testing, and deployment
- Strong expertise in:
- C#, .NETFramework (4.5+), .NETCore / .NET5+
- T-SQL, SQLDevelopment
- REST APIs, Entity Framework
- Experience with HTML5 and modern web standards
- Familiarity with JavaScript tools (e.g., npm)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure (Must)
- Experience with version control, unit testing, and CI/CD tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC processes
- Ability to design enterprise-wide solutions
Preferred Skills
- Mortgage domain experience (Nice to have)

Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
