Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus | Increased Shift Differentials

Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities

Available Shifts:

• 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

At Orchard Manor Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation , we know that exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers. We're looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence

• Safely transfer and reposition residents using appropriate lifting equipment, including Hoyer lifts

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in physical or emotional condition to the nursing team

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (PCC experience is a plus)

• Follow infection prevention and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment

• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
