We are currently looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician to become a part of our dedicated team at the Bluebell Road Health Plaza in Northeast Iowa. This contemporary, multi-specialty clinic is recognized for its commitment to quality care and innovative practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $290,191 guaranteed for the first two years.
• $75,000 commencement bonus.
• $37,500 longevity bonus available at years three and four.
• Up to $15,000 for relocation expenses.
