The Preschool Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This role involves planning engaging lessons tailored to three-year-olds, managing classroom behavior, and maintaining open communication with parents to support each child's development and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Supervise children to ensure their safety and engagement
- Manage classroom behavior with positive guidance techniques
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress
- Monitor developmental milestones and report concerns
- Organize and maintain an inviting, safe classroom environment
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the educational program
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in early childhood education
