Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Surveillance Investigators with a proven background in covert field surveillance.

This role is designed for professionals who know how to produce results—capturing usable video, managing surveillance strategy, and working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct covert mobile and stationary surveillance
• Capture clear, admissible video evidence
• Manage surveillance strategy based on case objectives
• Produce detailed, accurate investigative reports
• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• Prior surveillance experience required (insurance investigations preferred)
• Proven ability to obtain usable video evidence in real-world conditions
• Strong report writing skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions
• Proficiency with surveillance equipment and technology
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
