This role focuses on maintaining equipment used in vegetation management for utility-scale power projects. Your work ensures safety and efficiency, contributing to our mission of delivering reliable and renewable power.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to company protocols.
• Participate in and pass all assigned safety and environmental training.
• Perform maintenance on vegetation management equipment such as tractors, mowers, and sprayers.
• Conduct routine spraying and chemical treatment of unwanted vegetation.
• Monitor and manage inventories of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
• Provide input for weekly reporting and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of related work experience with utility vegetation management or large-scale agricultural equipment operation.
• Ability to adapt to organizational changes and meet new requirements.
• Self-starter capable of making decisions and taking necessary actions independently.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license with acceptable MVR history.

Physical Requirements

• Work in hazardous conditions including exposure to bloodborne pathogens and energized electrical equipment.
• Provide first aid/CPR, maintaining certification as required.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
• Wear personal protective equipment, including steel/composite-toed shoes, gloves, and hardhat.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
