Extraordinary People. We are seeking Occupational Therapists to provide support and care in schools. Part- and full-time schedules are available.

SUMMARY

Provide direct Occupational Therapy services to our exceptional students. Complete observations, screenings, and evaluations and provide timely documentation. Attend all parent conferences services and assessment results. Follow all Medicaid billing procedures, including completing and maintaining all required documentation. Implement screenings and perform evaluations. Identify treatment options and create and maintain student IEPs.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program from an accredited institution. Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona.
