Marina Forklift Operator

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Marina Forklift Operator to join our team in Riverview, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, and unload boats, equipment, and supplies within the marina. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts to transport boats, marine equipment, and supplies around the marina. Load and unload boats from trailers and storage areas safely and efficiently. Inspect forklifts daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs. Assist with organizing and maintaining the marina yard and storage areas. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and damage. Coordinate with marina staff to facilitate smooth operations and timely movement of equipment. Perform other related duties as assigned by the marina management. Qualifications Valid forklift operator certification or equivalent experience. Previous experience operating forklifts, preferably in a marina or marine environment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to safety and detail. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate machinery. This position is based at a busy marina in Riverview, FL.
