The Cherry Picker Operator plays a crucial role in warehouse operations, primarily utilizing electric and hydraulic cherry pickers to manage inventory efficiently. This position demands strict adherence to safety protocols while handling loads, conducting equipment maintenance checks, and maintaining organized work areas. Operators collaborate within both small and large teams to ensure smooth inventory movement and quality inspections during day and night shifts.

Responsibilities
Operate electric and hydraulic cherry pickers safely and efficiently
Handle, move, and organize warehouse inventory
Adhere to safety compliance standards and procedures
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
Inspect loads for quality and accuracy
Communicate effectively with team members in small and large groups
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in material handling
Forklift operator certification
Knowledge of equipment operation and safety procedures
Skill in load securing and handling
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Physical stamina suitable for warehouse tasks
Must bring a valid forklift certification.
Must be available for their assigned shift.
Must be available to work overtime on weekends when needed.
Bilingual English and Spanish
Shift time starts at 8:00am

The pay rate for this position is

$19 per hour
