Industrial Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and manufacturing sectors, is seeking a Project Manager - Non IT 5 to join their team. As a Project Manager - Non IT 5, you will be part of the Project & Development Services department supporting diverse project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Manager - Non IT 5 Location: Austin, TX Pay Range: $75-$80/hour What's the Job? Manage multiple concurrent projects across office, manufacturing, and laboratory environments. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles. Ensure project delivery aligns with schedule, budget, and quality standards. Oversee projects involving hazardous materials, H-occupancy code requirements, and stormwater/wastewater considerations. Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, providing white glove service and fostering strong relationships. What's Needed? 8-10 years of project management experience in related environments. Experience managing projects with hazardous materials and code compliance. Strong communication and client relationship management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
