What You'll Do

• Perform screening and evaluations for patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop personalized care plans following regulatory and clinical standards
• Administer rehabilitative treatments, including therapeutic exercises, ADL retraining, modalities, and assistive devices
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and care teams
• Document all treatments and patient interactions accurately in electronic records
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and quality assurance activities

What You Need

• Valid occupational therapy license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
• Prior experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred
• Skilled in assessments, therapeutic interventions, and patient education
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset
