We foster a family‑oriented culture that values teamwork, balance, and growth. The office is located in Bel Air, MD, and operates Monday–Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. Role Description As a Customer Relations Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member, you will enhance daily operations and optimize customer success by building relationships and acting as a liaison between client needs and agency functions. Responsibilities Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications. Promote long‑lasting customer relations. Qualifications Preferred: experience in sales (outside or inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing). Preferred: experience managing client relationships. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening. Dedication to customer service. Ability to anticipate customer needs and relate effectively to customers. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
