Job Overview: General / Musculoskeletal Radiologist
We are looking for a full-time or part-time board-eligible/board-certified radiologist to become part of our collaborative team, which includes 20 semi-specialized radiologists and 3 physician assistants.
Our primary aim is to attract individuals with excellent interpersonal abilities who are dedicated to delivering patient-focused care. We encourage all candidates to apply, regardless of their subspecialty expertise. Our emphasis is on expanding the musculoskeletal division, and we prefer candidates with experience in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound and ultrasound-guided interventions.

What to Expect:
A physician-led multi-specialty medical group dedicated to serving Kaiser Permanente members in the Atlanta region.
An integrated practice that fosters a stimulating and rewarding work atmosphere, with ample opportunities for interdepartmental collaboration and leadership roles.
Focus on outpatient and urgent care imaging only; no hospital examinations. Teleradiology covers overnight shifts.
Full-time radiologists typically work 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) each month, with compensatory weekdays off for weekend duties.
The group averages 70 wRVUs per shift. Weekday shifts are oriented towards specific modalities/subspecialties, while evening and weekend shifts are general.
Initial compensation is fixed, transitioning to a pay-for-performance model within 1-2 years.
All radiologists are placed on a shareholder track.
Opportunity to work from home for non-patient-facing tasks, including evenings and weekends.
Essential Qualifications:
MD or DO degree.
Board Certified or Eligible in Radiology (ABR) with a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Radiology.
Current licensure or eligibility to obtain a license in the State of Georgia.
