We're Hiring: Senior Systems Cloud Administrator

Location: Herndon, VA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Ability to obtain a Security Clearance preferred. We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Cloud Administrator to join a high-performing infrastructure and cloud operations team supporting critical enterprise environments.

Key Requirements:

✔ 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Systems Administration or Cloud Administration

✔ Strong Microsoft Azure Administration expertise

✔ 4+ years of experience with automation and scripting using:• PowerShell• Bash

✔ Hands-on experience with:• Ansible• Firewall Administration• Infrastructure Automation

✔ Advanced Windows Administration skills, including:• Active Directory• DNS• Group Policy

✔ Experience managing and troubleshooting Linux environments:• SUSE Linux• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)• CentOS

✔ Ability to work onsite in Herndon, VA, three days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, MCSE, MCITP, or Azure Solutions Architect certifications.

Experience with SIEM, monitoring, backup, and logging platforms.

Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.

Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud and infrastructure environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cloud and server infrastructure solutions

• Administer Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments

• Develop automation scripts and deployment workflows to improve operational efficiency

• Perform system upgrades, patching, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation

• Manage performance monitoring, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis

• Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and operational procedures

• Support change management, incident management, and service delivery processes

• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and operations teams on strategic initiatives

• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to infrastructure architecture

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for cloud and systems administration
