Enterprise Market Development Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an Enterprise Market Development Manager to identify and advance strategic growth opportunities across health systems and healthcare networks in Precision Diagnostics. This senior role builds executive relationships, develops business cases, and creates scalable partnerships across North America, requiring over 50% travel.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and advance enterprise opportunities across health systems, IDNs, networks, and strategic partners
- Build relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders including executives, laboratory leaders, and finance leaders
- Develop clinical, economic, and commercial value propositions aligned to customer priorities and growth potential
- Lead strategic discussions to establish partnerships and advance initiatives toward commercial activation
- Build and manage enterprise market-development pipeline with clear stages, priorities, and commercial potential
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
- 5+ years in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, medical device, pharma sales, or business development
- Demonstrated experience developing complex commercial opportunities and business cases with senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, health systems, IDNs, and healthcare economics
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence in a matrixed environment
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-development skills
- Ability to travel more than 50% within North America with overnight stays
