Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed BSW to join our team at Highland Pines Nursing in Longview, Texas. As a Licensed BSW, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. Responsibilities:

Provide skilled and compassionate care to our residents, adhering to our core values of "Helping Hands Caring Hearts"
Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to address residents' physical, emotional, and social needs
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, ensuring timely communication with healthcare teams and families
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal resident outcomes, including wound care, medication management, and behavioral support
Foster a positive and supportive environment, promoting socialization, independence, and rehabilitation among residents

Requirements:

A current Licensed Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree
Completion of any necessary postgraduate coursework or certifications
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Commitment to providing person-centered care and advocating for residents' rights and preferences
