Accounts Receivable Representative

Collections Specialist Positions: Accounts Receivable Representative Location: Norcross, GA (Atlanta branch) Hourly rate: $18.00–$22.00, depending on experience. We are hiring immediately. The role requires a billing specialist background with experience in accounting, accounts receivable, and collections. Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for invoices. Ensure accounting transactions required to report and manage receivable and specific revenue accounts are completed accurately. Input data accurately into the AS400 system for record‑keeping. Adhere strictly to accounts receivable processes to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency. Monitor the payment status of completed jobs to ensure timely payments and accurate tracking. Prepare reports and update the General Manager on AR status. Contact customers with delinquent accounts to confirm receipt of invoices and communicate payment terms. Requirements Demonstrated experience in accounts receivable accounting. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with common software programs. Self‑starter, organized, thorough with attention to detail, and strong follow‑up skills.
