Job Title: Senior Developer (AWS/Python/) Experience Level: Senior / Level 4 (8+ years) Contract Duration: 12 months initially (potential to extend up to 36 months)
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Developer to drive the development and ongoing support of our Galileo 42 application. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise as a back-end AWS service developer, alongside strong proficiency in Python and Angular. We require an independent, seasoned professional who can write high-quality, self-authored code without heavy reliance on AI generation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support the Galileo 42 application.
- Build and scale robust back-end services utilizing AWS architecture and Python.
- Develop and integrate front-end user interfaces using Angular.
- Write clean, efficient, and independent code.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of verified, professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in both Python
- Extensive experience developing back-end AWS services.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS Lambda.
- Strong background with NoSQL databases (DynamoDB is highly preferred).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with ECS APIs.
- Familiarity with GraphQL (preferred over RESTful APIs).
- Knowledge of AWS S3 and/or AWS Glue.
