Clinical Pharmacy Manager
George Washington University Hospital
George Washington University Hospital seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead our advanced clinical pharmacy services in a dynamic academic medical center. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day clinical pharmacy operations, supervise and mentor pharmacists and residents, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes. You will guide formulary management, develop and implement evidence-based protocols, and drive quality, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives. As part of a teaching-focused, research-driven environment, you will support education, precept learners, and contribute to clinical research and performance improvement projects, helping shape innovative, patient-centered care in the nation’s capital.
