Description of Work This position is primarily responsible for the critical functions of: a) divisional liaison for management of an individual’s personal accounts; b) management/processing of requests for individual travel including vehicle assignment/reservation and funding requisitions; c) management/oversight of divisional vehicle fleet including scheduling of vehicles, mileage reporting, and coordination of routine maintenance/repair; and d) filing Event Review Reports. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $51,249.00 Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement. Effective oral and written communication skills Management Preference: An Associate Degree in Secretarial Science and a minimum of two years of experience preferred.
