Associate Dentist – Flexible Schedule + Expanded Clinical Scope
Location: Minnetonka, MN
The The Staff Pad is partnering with an established, patient-focused dental practice in the Minnetonka area to identify an Associate Dentist for a flexible, growth-oriented opportunity.
This role is ideal for a dentist seeking schedule flexibility, clinical variety, and a collaborative team environment — with the ability to shape both their schedule and scope of practice.

- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Optionally perform procedures such as endodontics, oral surgery, and implants
- Collaborate closely with a small, experienced clinical team
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care
- DDS or DMD (or eligible for Minnesota licensure)
- 2–3 years of experience preferred
- Flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused
- Interested in shaping your schedule and clinical scope
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Monday–Friday with flexibility on days and hours
