ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a Life Specialist with State Farm Corporate, and prior to joining State Farm, I sold heavy equipment. Outside of work, our family is full of Ole Miss fans - both my son and daughter attend the university.

Staying connected to our community is important to us. Our agency participates in a variety of local events and organizations, including classic car shows, Christmas parades, county livestock programs, and local sports teams. We enjoy supporting the activities and traditions that bring our community together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Will Hallmark - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
