Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Job Description

This position requires a skilled electrician responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and production equipment throughout the facility. While prior industrial manufacturing experience is preferred, candidates with commercial or residential electrical backgrounds are encouraged to apply. This role will be a direct hire with a $5,000 sign on bonus. The starting pay will be $37- $45 an hour for 1st shift. The second shift will have a 10% differential paid out.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and electrical systems.
• Install and maintain electrical wiring, motors, drives, control panels, relays, and circuit breakers.
• Work with AC/DC motors and electrical distribution systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Assist with light building maintenance projects as needed.
• Diagnose electrical issues and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Calibrate and maintain instrumentation, process controls, and electrical components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records within the company's maintenance management system.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support plant operations.

Essential Skills

• Massachusetts E1 or E2 Electrician License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
• Basic computer skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Experience with PLCs, motor controls, automation, or process equipment
• Building maintenance experience
• Preventive maintenance experience

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic manufacturing facility with shift options available: 1st Shift from 5:45 AM - 2:15 PM and 2nd Shift from 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM. A 30-minute unpaid lunch is provided, and the role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

This is a Permanent position based out of Attleboro, MA.

The pay range for this position is $76960.00 - $93600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
