At Dream Team Finishes, we're looking for an Office Administrator who is as organized as they are warm, as reliable as they are people-smart. If you love keeping things running and take pride in doing the behind-the-scenes work that makes everyone else's job easier, this is your role.

The Role

You'll handle the day-to-day administrative operations of Dream Team Finishes — processing AP/AR, coordinating AIA billing support, managing vendor files and lien waivers, and supporting payroll. You'll also own our internal policy communication: sending weekly mileage reminders, communicating policy updates with clarity and detail, and making sure every team member, field or office, knows what's expected of them.

Beyond the financial admin, you'll coordinate onboarding, manage office operations, maintain filing systems, and serve as the first point of contact for employee administrative questions. This role touches every part of the business, and that's exactly what makes it matter.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of office administration, administrative assistant, or operations coordinator experience
• Experience with AP/AR processing, vendor file management, or basic financial administration preferred
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for data entry and invoice processing is a plus
• Strong written communication skills — clear, specific, and professional
• Exceptional organizational skills — you build systems anyone on the team can follow
• Experience in construction, trades, or professional services strongly preferred
• Comfortable handling confidential employee and financial information with discretion

Dream Team Finishes took its first real shape inside a rehabilitation program in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Our founder arrived with his love of art intact. They recognized it—and handed him a brush. For a year and a half, he painted the church that housed the program, giving everything he had to those walls.

When he left, he saved up, bought a car, and moonlighted as a painter for three and a half years. In 2018, he officially launched Dream Team Finishes starting with a single exterior job, Today, that same drive has built a company approaching 20 in house employees, and still growing.

We moved from residential homes to tract housing, from high-end custom finishes to hospitality spaces, restaurants, bars, hotels, manufacturing facilities, industrial projects, and capital expenditure work spanning multiple states with a nationwide presence on the horizon.
