Do you want to positively impact the lives of today’s youth? Due to our continued growth, Tumble Shine is looking to add to our awesome team!!
We are looking for AMAZING people who LOVE working with children.
Experience is not necessary for many of our entry-level positions. We have an excellent training system for our employees that allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work at Tumble Shine. However, you should show experience working with children or a background in sports.
The ideal candidate can lead a class of young people, is engaging and fun!
We are looking for energetic people who have a passion in mentoring children through the arts of Tumbling, Trampoline & Ninja. If you are like most of us here:

Responsibilities
- Teach children of all ages tumble
- Must be able to Engage with children of all ages
- Have a positive outlook
- Be able to Multitask
Qualifications
- Must have a passion for child growth
- Pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills with children and adults
- Ability to work as a team with other staff
- Patience and reliability
- Organizational and time management skills
- A love for energetic children
Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. A great coach will be incredibly energetic and have a passion for fitness. Must also be excited to work with children, ages 3-12 and make a positive impact in their lives. Ninja coaches will occasionally work special events such as birthday parties, ninja nights and Nerf nights..
**All positions currently listed will start with part-time hours (8-15 per week) and may require working on weekends.**
