Resolves concerns or complaints regarding patient care or service.Minimum Qualifications:Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Graduated from an accredited school of nursingAssociate degree or diploma requiredMaintain a current Minnesota registered nurse's licensure.Submission of application to the WI Board of Nursing for a WI registered nurse's licensure required upon hire and licensure maintainedCurrent BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.
