Salesforce Developer
Summary Develop and configure Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, integrating with AWS and EHR systems. Leverage Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-driven automation to enhance patient and provider experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and OmniStudio components.
- Configure Health Cloud (with OmniStudio) and Experience Cloud (with Lightning Aura components).
- Develop API integrations with AWS (S3, Lambda, Redshift) and external systems.
- Enable EHR interoperability using FHIR and HL7 standards.
- Support contact center modernization with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, coding standards, and DevOps best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Salesforce development (preferably healthcare).
- Expertise in Health Cloud with OmniStudio and Experience Cloud with Lightning Aura components.
- Hands-on with Apex, LWCs, Flows, OmniScripts, DataRaptors.
- Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AWS integrations.
- Knowledge of FHIR/HL7 and EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud Specialist).
