We invite you to join us!The Guest Services Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Key priorities include greeting guests, assisting them with information about Boathouse programs, and addressing concerns in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Reports directly to the OKC RIVERSPORT Guest Services Manager.Essential Functions / Key Responsibilities: Essential functions may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics. This list of tasks is ILLUSTRATIVE ONLY, and is not a comprehensive listing of all functions and tasks performed by this position.Provide customer engagement in positive and approachable manner.Support all areas including Retail, Rentals, Ticket Sells, Birthday Parties, Food & Beverage, and Membership SalesAnswers incoming phone calls and promptly assist callers.Provide information to guest about facilities, programs, entertainment options, and costs.Handle various guest concerns, compliments, and suggestions in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.Keep a clean and organized work area.Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure environment.General housekeeping duties may include, but is not limited to: cleaning restrooms, sweeping/mopping floors, and restocking retail items.Be available to assist in other departments on an as needed basisAbility to work flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.Must be at least 16 years of ageCPR, AED, First Aid certified (will provide training if necessary)Demonstrate ability to provide a high standard of professionalism and strong customer service skillsAttention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy environmentBasic math skillsExcellent written & verbal communication skillsExcellent phone etiquettePhysical Requirements:Able to perform work duties outside in varying weather conditions prevalent at the time.Ability to lift up to 40 lbsMust be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting #J-18808-Ljbffr
