Talent Marketing Specialist

Requirements Passionate about animals, workplace culture, and the idea of helping build a veterinary team that genuinely loves where they work Energized by the talent acquisition world — you understand how employer brand and recruiting work together, and you're excited to be part of that engine A natural storyteller who knows how to turn everyday moments into content people actually want to engage with Comfortable behind a camera — you can walk into a clinic, build quick rapport with the team, and capture genuine, authentic content Detail‑oriented with a strong eye for visual consistency and brand alignment A self‑starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing momentum Collaborative and personable — you work well across teams and can build trust with clinic staff and TA colleagues alike Adaptable and curious — you thrive in a fast‑growing environment and are always looking for ways to improve 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation, employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications, or a related field Hands‑on experience capturing and editing video and photo content — you know your way around editing tools and aren't afraid to pick up a camera Strong writing skills with the ability to flex your tone across platforms and audiences Proven track record managing a social media presence with measurable engagement results Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite to create visually compelling materials Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Greenhouse, Braze, or similar) is a plus Data‑driven mindset — you can analyze what's working, explain why, and adjust accordingly Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media, or a related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience Bonus: experience in the veterinary, healthcare, or pet care industry What the job involves As we grow, attracting and engaging top veterinary talent is crucial to our success We're looking for a creative, driven Talent Marketing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team and help tell the Sploot story to the people we most want to hire, and to celebrate and strengthen the culture for the team members already with us You'll be the voice and lens behind Sploot's employer brand — visiting clinics, capturing real moments, and publishing content that attracts talented veterinary professionals You'll also help bring our internal culture to life, from appreciation events to the everyday moments that make Sploot a place people love to work at You'll join our Talent Acquisition team and collaborate closely with recruiters, marketing, and clinic teams across Colorado, Illinois, and Utah Social Media Strategy: Own and manage Sploot's employer‑facing social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms — building a consistent, engaging content calendar that speaks to veterinary professionals Content Creation: Own the full content lifecycle — traveling to clinics to capture authentic behind‑the‑scenes moments, editing and producing polished video and photo content, and writing compelling copy for social posts, employee spotlights, and job postings that reflect Sploot's warm, approachable brand voice Culture & Internal Engagement: Plan and coordinate appreciation weeks, holiday events, and other team‑wide celebrations that honor the hard work of our veterinary professionals Partner with vendors and internal teams to develop swag and branded materials that build team pride and make Sploot feel like a place people belong Lead Nurturing: Support email and social campaigns that engage prospective candidates throughout the hiring funnel — from awareness through application Hiring Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of recruiting events in partnership with the TA team — managing event‑specific messaging, invitations, promotional materials, and on‑site content capture Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics and campaign performance, surfacing insights and recommendations to TA leadership on a regular basis Trend Awareness: Stay current on social media and employer branding trends, proactively bringing new ideas to the team #J-18808-Ljbffr
