Position Overview

We're excited to welcome a highly skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to our dedicated imaging team, where you will utilize cutting-edge ultrasound technology to perform crucial diagnostic procedures. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of ultrasound examinations such as abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations at each stage
• Engage closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver superior diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues
• Accurately document all procedures and maintain patient records within our electronic medical system
• Stay informed on the latest advances in ultrasound imaging techniques and professional best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current ARDMS certification or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

Skills Needed

• Proficiency in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
