RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at one of our apartment communities in Colorado. The ideal candidate will lead staff, drive performance, and maintain strong resident relations while ensuring professional, compliant operations. The role requires 3+ years in multi-family property management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
