Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Rotating Weekends and Holidays | No Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric nursing care for patients who are 20+ weeks pregnant and up to 6 weeks postpartum
• Deliver care across Labor and Delivery rooms, OB Triage, OB ORs, and OB PACU settings
• Perform and interpret continuous fetal monitoring in accordance with facility standards
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
• Complete required pre-start onboarding modules prior to the first day of assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland or a Compact state license – must be in hand at time of submittal; no exceptions
• Minimum 3 years of current, strong Labor and Delivery experience
• OB Triage experience required
• Active fetal monitoring certification required: C-EFM preferred; AWHONN Intermediate accepted, however C-EFM must be obtained if contract extensions meet or exceed 1 year from initial start date
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• Prior travel nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• C-EFM certification already obtained at time of submittal
• Experience working in a high-volume or multi-unit obstetric environment including OB OR and OB PACU
