As a Per Diem Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the daily lives of patients, ensuring their safety and comfort. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient monitoring, and contributing to a therapeutic and structured residential setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely, adhering to facility protocols.
• Conduct routine patient assessments and monitor vital signs and overall health status.
• Document patient observations, interventions, and responses to care in a timely and thorough manner.
• Provide direct patient care and support, fostering a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are followed.
• Respond to patient needs and emergencies in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably with an adult patient population.
• Ability to work effectively in a residential treatment facility setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric nursing, or eating disorder treatment.
• Familiarity with low-acuity patient care environments.
