You’ll coordinate special events, manage banquet and restaurant reservations, and partner with culinary and service teams to ensure flawless execution. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, customizing event details, and monitoring setup, service, and breakdown. You will analyze feedback, resolve issues quickly, and uphold brand standards.
