• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; Trauma Level I and Trauma Level II experience required 2. Cases: Acute Hospital OR, Ear/Nose/Throat, General, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology; skills include aseptic technique, biological indicators, case cart, chemical agents for decontamination, chemical indicators, disinfectants, immediate-use steam sterilization (IUSS), placing instruments on trays, proper labeling, proper selection of wrapping materials, steam sterilization testing/monitoring, sterilization wrapping procedures, use of washers/sterilizers 3. Certifications: BLS, CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7.
