Home Health Caregiver Position Available
Job Summary:
Modani Care, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Caregiver to join our team in McRae-Helena, GA. As a Home Health Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and support to seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including walkers, canes, and wheelchairs
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Promote independence, dignity, and well-being of clients, while encouraging social interaction and engagement
About the Role:
As a Home Health Caregiver with Modani Care, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, where your skills and expertise are valued and respected. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including registered nurses, therapists, and social workers, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
