Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training Experience Requirements 2-3 years of experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently. Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation. Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations. Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift. Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required. Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments. Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
